We work exclusively on a retained basis. A maximum of 12 executive mandates per year, so that every mandate receives the depth it deserves.

Mandate Deep-Dive
No briefing from a job description. We work with you to identify which character, experience, and leadership style actually works in your company. The requirements profile emerges from this analysis — not the other way around.
Exclusive Networks
You won't find top C-level profiles on job portals. They change roles through trust, often after years of prior contact. We draw on our personal network built over two decades in the cycling industry — DACH, BENELUX, CEE, SEE, Asia, and North America.
Substance and Aptitude Diagnostics
Our initial interview is not an HR conversation. We assess from our own operational experience whether a candidate has the substance for the position. Supplemented by structured aptitude diagnostics for strategically critical positions — on request, in cooperation with established diagnostic partners.
Three Hireable Profiles
We present a profile only when we genuinely recommend it. Out of typically 30 to 50 profiles approached, three are presented — all three hireable from our perspective. You choose the right character for your company, not the merely suitable candidate from a pool.
18-Month Retention Guarantee
Should the placed candidate leave the company within 18 months — for reasons not caused by the client — we conduct a replacement search at no additional fee. This guarantee is the direct consequence of the fact that we present only profiles we stand behind with our own industry experience.
Mandate Model
Executive Search is conducted exclusively on a retained basis and under exclusive mandate. A maximum of 12 executive mandates per year — this limit is the foundation that allows every mandate to be personally led, from deep-dive analysis to contract signing.

Executive Search is the right approach when the position shapes the strategic direction of your company — Managing Director, Board, CFO, CCO, COO, or a divisional lead with P&L responsibility. Here, the weight of the decision justifies the consulting-intensive process. For senior positions below C-level — Senior Sales Manager, Country Manager, Senior Product Manager, OEM Key Account Manager — we offer the leaner format of Headhunting. Faster, focused on direct approach, but with the same insider standard.
