To expand our activities in the CEE region, we are currently looking for a recruiter (m/f/d) on a performance-based remuneration basis.
Verantwortungsbereich
Customer acquisition: Establishing and maintaining relationships with companies in the bicycle industry.
Networking: Utilising your existing industry network to identify potential customers and candidates.
Consulting: Supporting customers in defining their personnel requirements and creating suitable job profiles.
Placement: Actively approaching and placing qualified candidates who meet specific requirements.
Negotiations: Conducting negotiations with customers and candidates until a successful conclusion is reached.
Anforderungen
Industry network: You have an existing, strong network in the bicycle industry and know the relevant players and companies.
Experience: Several years of experience in recruiting, sales or a comparable role, ideally in the bicycle or mobility industry.
Independence: You are organised, motivated and work independently to achieve results.
Strong communication skills: You can convince both customers and candidates of your abilities and services.
Language: Fluent English, good Polish and other East European language skills are an advantage.
